Privacy Policy

Account information. Your email address and password when you sign up. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider, Supabase, and we never see them.

Profile and resume content. What you enter or import to build your profile: your name, email, phone number, location, LinkedIn and GitHub links, education, GPA, coursework, skills, internships, projects, activities, and the bullet points describing them.

Files you upload. When you upload a resume or project document, we extract its text to fill in your profile. The file itself is processed in memory and is not stored.

Job descriptions and generated resumes. The job descriptions you paste, any notes you add, and the resumes we generate for you (stored as source text so you can download them again later).

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. We store your plan, credit balance, and a Stripe customer ID so we can match renewals to your account.

Fraud-prevention data. To stop people creating multiple accounts to get extra free resumes, we record the name on each generated resume and a one-way scrambled code (hash) made from the companies listed on it, and compare these across accounts.

Technical data. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, time of request, and error messages) to keep the service running and secure.

• To build your profile and generate tailored resumes, fit scores, and coaching notes.
• To let you sign in, view your history, and re-download past resumes.
• To process payments and track your plan and credits.
• To send account emails: welcome, profile complete, first resume, purchase confirmations, and out-of-credit notices.
• To detect fraud and abuse of the free plan.
• To fix problems and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your information, we do not show ads, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

TaylrdUp uses third-party AI services to read your profile and the job description and to write your resume. To do that, your profile content, job descriptions, notes, and the text of files you upload are sent to:

• Anthropic (Claude), based in the United States. Anthropic privacy policy
• DeepSeek, based in China. Your data may be processed and stored in China. DeepSeek's privacy policy is available at deepseek.com.

These providers process the data to return results to us, under their own terms and policies. AI output can contain mistakes, so always review your resume before you use it.

We share information only with providers that help us run TaylrdUp:

• Supabase: sign-in and database storage for your account, profile, credits, and resume history.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Resend: sending account emails.
• Vercel and Railway: hosting the website and the backend.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. A copy of your profile is also kept in your browser's local storage so the form loads quickly; you can clear it in your browser settings.

We keep your account, profile, and resume history until you ask us to delete your account. Fraud-prevention records may be kept for up to 12 months after deletion to prevent repeat abuse. Payment records are kept by Stripe as required for tax and accounting.

• Edit or remove profile content at any time from your profile page.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing aslamtechsolutions@gmail.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those emails. We will still send emails about purchases and your account.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us and we will honor them.

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and access to your account data is restricted to you and to our backend. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you if a breach affects your information as required by law.

TaylrdUp is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
