Terms of Service

TaylrdUp helps you build a profile of your experience and uses AI to generate resumes tailored to job descriptions you provide, along with fit scores and suggestions.

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who must make any purchase.
• Give accurate sign-up information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One free account per person. Creating extra accounts to get more free resumes is not allowed.

• Free: 5 tailored resumes in total, no card required.
• Base Plan: $9.99 per month for 100 tailored resumes each billing month. Unused monthly resumes do not roll over.
• Credit Pack: $4.99 one-time for 50 additional resumes, added to your current balance.
• Each generated resume uses one credit. If a generation fails on our side, the credit is returned automatically.
• Prices are in US dollars and may not include taxes. We will give you notice before changing the price of an active subscription.

Automatic renewal. The Base Plan renews automatically every month and your payment method is charged $9.99 each month until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard by choosing Manage subscription, or by emailing aslamtechsolutions@gmail.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and no further charges are made. You keep any credits remaining on your account after it ends.

Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, or a problem on our side kept you from using what you paid for, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund or fix it. This does not limit any refund rights you have under law.

You own the information you enter or upload and the resumes generated from it. You give us permission to store, process, and send that content to our service providers (including AI providers) only as needed to run TaylrdUp for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you provide. Only upload information you have the right to use.

• Resumes, fit scores, and suggestions are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
• Review everything before you use it. You are responsible for making sure your resume is truthful and accurately describes your experience.
• TaylrdUp does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular result.

You agree not to:

• Use TaylrdUp to create false or fraudulent credentials, or impersonate someone else.
• Abuse the free plan, including through multiple accounts.
• Interfere with or overload the service, or access it through automated means other than our app.
• Copy, resell, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from the service.
• Break any law while using TaylrdUp.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

TaylrdUp, including its software, templates, design, and text, belongs to us. These terms do not give you any rights to it except to use the service as intended. We may change, add, or remove features over time.

TaylrdUp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, profits, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to TaylrdUp is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.

You can stop using TaylrdUp at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing aslamtechsolutions@gmail.com. Sections 4 through 9 and 11 continue to apply after your account ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use TaylrdUp after that means you accept the new terms.
